Some days just the basics is all you need - jeans, a tee and sneakers. And the fact that the vintage sneaker trend is very hot right now makes a basic, casual outfit that much more stylish. Popular stores like J.Crew and Nordstrom are stocking vintage style sneakers in great bright and neutral colours that look just as fabulous paired with jeans and skirts as they do with workout leggings and shorts. I styled these vibrant red Nike Internationalist sneakers (currently on sale) with my favourite Old Navy red striped boatneck long sleeved tee and Rag & Bone cuffed skinny jeans. Living in just the (stylish) basics has never been so easy!
