Sweater weather is in full swing and I am really enjoying the trend of layering my pullover sweaters with my favourite plaid and printed button up shirts. To top off each look I add a statement necklace, which completely dresses up this trend. In the first look I paired a light pink wool v-neck sweater with a black & white plaid button up shirt and a crystal necklace. In the second look I added a multi-strand pearl necklace to a white polka dot popover shirt and grey & white polka dot crewneck cotton sweater. I loved layering my dot print tops in the second look because frankly I can never get enough of polka dots! Layering your sweaters with printed shirts and statement necklaces is a great way to mix up your wardrobe and take a ho-hum winter look up a notch.
