I have the travel bug and I've been told that there is no cure for it! After every trip I am always happy to be home but before long I am ready to plan the next one. Whether you are jumping on a plane somewhere tropical or taking a road trip to wine country there are things that I never leave home without. Start with a large sturdy tote bag that can hold all your necessities but doesn't weigh you down (I always need a few magazines, my iPad, a big bottle of water and a couple healthy snacks). It replaces my daily wallet and has space for cards, money, a passport and a zipped pocket for change. My daily wallet has a lot of receipts and cards that I don't necessarily need on a trip so switching to my travel wallet keeps me organized without the extra bulk.
