I broke out of my black, white and grey groove this week and lightened up my fitness fashion. Aquamarine is my birthstone and I am often drawn to clothes in this beautiful, watery tone. These New Balance sneakers are seriously so comfortable and stylish!
I just completed week four of my 100 by fall fitness goal and I can't believe I am half way through the challenge! This week's outdoor workouts have been a bit difficult with the heatwave and the rain. I honestly HATE doing cardio on a treadmill in a stuffy gym but sometimes the weather just does not want to cooperate and I have no choice. In an effort to add more variety to my workouts I went to a yoga class at Power Yoga Canada this past Tuesday. It has been a little while since I've take a yoga class at this studio and within the first 5 minutes I was already dripping in sweat and feeling the coveted workout burn. 3 days later my ab muscles are still hurting! I am looking forward to my next class in a few days and I'm going to schedule a weekly class from now on. I highly recommend Power Yoga Canada... they have friendly, well trained, dedicated instructors and they have a number of lovely studios across the greater Toronto area. If you are following the challenge along with me and are getting a little overwhelmed just remember you can do this too! Plan ahead and make your workouts happen!
