Lately I have been gravitating towards monochromatic workout gear - lots of black, white, grey, pink and blush tones in solids, stripes and dots. It's so easy to mix and match the pieces when you stick with one colour palate. And when it comes to sticking to a workout plan anything that makes it easier is thumbs up in my books! 

Today marks the start of week four of my 100 by Fall fitness challenge (find all the details here). It's amazing how fast time flies when you are working at achieving a goal! In addition to jogging over 20k per week I am adding in power yoga and strength training routines soon. I haven't done power yoga at my favourite studio, Power Yoga Canada, in a while and my first class back is early next week. Yoga at PYC is very challenging and incredibly rewarding (trust me, you will be dripping in sweat, even in the Au Natural Yoga class!). I'll let you know how that goes next Friday.
