Happy (fitness) Friday! What do you have planned this weekend? The weather in my neighbourhood is going to be absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to get out to the lake for my workout. I also plan to hit the trails in the north east end of the city too. I personally hate being cooped up in the gym so I am very happy I can take my workouts outside again! Have a great weekend!
