Well it appears fall has ended early this year and the first snowfall is happening as I type this post. Best way to beat the snow is bundle up in something cozy and stylish. And this Lord & Taylor plaid cape absolutely fits the bill on the stylish yet cozy front and has been on repeat all weekend long. I love the traditional Burberry inspired camel plaid... it's a classic look that will last year after year. Today I paired the cape with dark wash skinny jeans, a cream cable knit sweater and tall black leather high-heeled boots. On Friday I paired with it with black leggings and a black merino wool sweater. It will also look fabulous with brown leather riding boots, a camel knit sweater, a red sweater, a black sweater dress or a sheath dress. I could go on and on about it's versatility but then this post would be twenty pages long. Of course this cape goes best with a Starbucks red cup!
