'Tis the season to break out all my sparkly statement necklaces and layer them up for full effect! I love this Old Navy Christmas plaid flannel shirt (they hit it out of the park with their affordable plaids this year) layered with clear crystal necklaces (J.Crew Factory has a fabulous selection). These necklaces really dress up any outfit and because the holidays are around the corner we can get away with going a little over the top! It is such a festive look - just add a black skirt (midi or pencil skirt) or fitted black jeans/dress pants along with a pair of killer heels and you are ready for any holiday party!
