MILITARY JACKET (sold out; similar here and here) | CABLE KNIT SWEATER | SUEDE BOOTIES
Some call it a military jacket, and others call it a field jacket or a utility jacket; I call it my go-to jacket. It's a very casual style that works well with jeans & leggings, boot & flats, and sweaters & tees. This particular military jacket (above) from Forever 21 is lightweight and hooded, which is great for the in-between fall weather we have been experiencing lately and it will easily transition into the spring. It was a little chilly this past weekend so I wore it with this cream cable knit sweater and my favourite suede booties. And yesterday I threw it on over this loose Gap tee in charcoal grey, skinny jeans and the same booties. You can find this style of jacket in a variety of colours but the classic neutral olive green is my first choice. I've linked a few more military/utility/field jackets below.
